Job Summary

We are seeking a professional and compassionate Customer Service Representative to join our remote team. As the first point of contact for our teachers and parents, you will represent Qkids with integrity, empathy, and efficiency. Your role is vital in ensuring smooth communication, solving concerns, and maintaining a world-class support experience that reflects Qkids’ dedication to educational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer support through email, live chat, and occasional phone communication

  • Assist teachers and parents with inquiries regarding scheduling, technical issues, and account information

  • Troubleshoot problems and resolve concerns in a timely and professional manner

  • Document interactions and maintain accurate records using CRM tools

  • Educate users on platform features, teaching tools, and policies

  • Work cross-functionally with internal teams to report feedback and resolve service-related issues

  • Contribute to continuous service improvements by identifying trends and recommending solutions

  • Uphold Qkids’ brand and service standards in every customer interaction

Requirements

  • 1–2 years of customer service, support, or administrative experience (remote work a plus)

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Empathetic, patient, and solutions-oriented approach

  • Strong problem-solving and multitasking abilities

  • Comfortable using computers and CRM systems (Zendesk, Salesforce, etc.)

  • Flexible and adaptable in a fast-paced, culturally diverse environment

  • Knowledge of online education or ESL teaching is a plus
